The site is located at the commercial center area of Lianyun New Town, Lianyungang, coded as E2. The area is 51,000square meters with a building area of 280,000square meters. It’s functionally positioned as the commercial office center.
Halcrow proposed the internal river-way aisle and the nearby office space including the reachability and continuity of the space, the commercial office cluster, and integration with the functions of this area in the urban design. The three functions of the leisure entertainment, the core commerce and the coastal residence have been included.
