The site is located at the eastern shoal of Haikou Bay, Haikou City. It is connected to Binhai Flyover in the south, Wanlv Garden in the west, Haidian Island in the north and Century Park in the east. The area is about 450mu.
The plan focused on the functions including the high-end positioning, the luxury demonstration, the culture delivery and the reasonable allocation. Details included landscape element as the best sightseeing spot, the swimming pool, the tennis court and the exclusive beach, together with the property hotels. It will be a diversified top class star-level hotel area.
