Zhengzhou Air Harbor Economic Comprehensive Bonded Zone Yuanling Ancient City Xinan District is located at the northwestern of Xinan work zone, the north southern of Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport, 5 kilometers away from the airport. The total area is 3.45 square kilometers. The positioning of this project is the high-end international commercial and residential development area.
The plan proposed the north-south active development axis to connect to the technology service industrial park in the north and the city productive service center in the south. The west-east development axis is to connect Yuanling Ancient City Ruins, Base and Meihu Sports Park; With the rail transportation development, the river system and the public green space integration of environment orientation, it will built the high-end national commercial and residential development area.
