The site is located at the West Second Ring, the southward to Hanpu Avenue, the westward to White Crane Pool and the northward Peach Blossom Mountain Scenic Area, including the west entrance of Yuelu Mount Scenic Spot. The project area is about 3.31 square km. The study area of Yuelu Mount Tourist Attraction is about 36.57square km.
An overall plan focused on the functional diversity and mix use of the land to build the characteristic area and a reasonable flexibility for the future urban development of the area.
The core positioning preserved the Yuelu Mountant and water system, and reformed the layout of land use and water. It aimed to re-establish the characters of an original mountain and water network, protect its eco-environment with development control and create an ecological and high quality new area.
