The plan included the detail research of the site survey and the existing situation analysis followed the ecological development strategy. It proposed an overall development strategy, the layout structure, the urban transportation and tourism traffic optimization, public facilities, tourism services, the overall architectural style and the landscape design. Halcrow highlighted the industry orientation with special theme content and integrated the development of embroidery industry and land to build an active atmosphere of this town.
