Located in the reclamation area, the west of Hangzhou-bay New District, the site covers about 11.9 square kilometers.
With the project background analysis, the project development condition research and the case study, Halcrow proposes an overall plan with the new business card of Ningbo’s city image, the unique new landmark for the high-end leisure entertainment and holiday resort in the Yangtze River Delta.
The aim is to create a leisure holiday travel functional zone and residence demonstration area in Yangtze River Delta top that has integrated the sightseeing, the leisure, the vocation, the sports, the entertainment, the commerce and the residence.
