The site is located in Xinan peninsula within the administrative region of Ningde city, Fujian province. The total area is about 228 square km and a planning construction area is about 100 square km.
The plan focuses on the low carbonized circular economic principle and the quality value of development and guided the green technology support system of industrial zone with circular economy concept. The aim is to form the circular ecological chain of energy and materials in the park to realize low and even zero emission of industrial wastes, implement the scientific outlook on development, and promote the sustainable development of the Haixi Ningde industrial zone.
The plan sticks to the low-carban principle of suitable application, ecological priority, reduction, reuse, recycling and integration, aiming to save and efficiently utilize the limited land resources and promote the complex development by integrating the overall plan.
