Jinqiao parking lot block is located in Jinqiao Development Zone of Pudong New District. The total area is 97.48 hectares.
The plan aims to provide an intensive and efficient development mode with commercial, offices, residence, leisure, transport and other functions integration. The idea of human oriented, distinctive movements and the separation of pedestrian and vehicle flows are formed based on the ground layer, the traffic layer and the landscape activity layer. A detailed concept is creating safe, harmonious and healthy living environment with ecological, comfortable and convenient neighborhood spaces, low-speed traffic network and landscape platforms.
